Owners
An overview of the largest owners of Sparebanken Norge’s equity certificates and information on access to the shareholder register.
The regulations on access to the shareholder register, shareholder register and nominee-registered shares §4-1 state the obligation to make available an overview of owners of nominee-registered shares. The obligation applies at least once annually, and no later than six weeks before the general meeting.
The overview can be ordered by sending an e-mail to investorrelations@spv.no, and the overview will be provided within three working days.
